This is because Eclipse condos, which were constructed in between the years 2006 to 2008, were designed with magnificent views of both the Potomac River and Washington D.C. Also, their flows are purely hardwood and they consist of a single bedroom and bathroom.

Eclipse community entails many types of amenities including but not limited to a fitness room, 24 hour security, and a swimming pool among others. Also, there is an owners’ lounge which has a TV area, a bar table, a fire place among other niceties. It is easy to access the Reagan Airport, the Crystal City Metro and the major highways from the Eclipse. Eclipse is very close to Potomac Yard.

Just north of Del Ray, Arlandria offers rich multiculturalism and a condo lifestyle. El Salvadorian immigrants began calling Arlandria "Chirilagua" years ago after a village in their country. Nicknames like this match the city's array of international cuisine and shops. However, Arlandia's official name is Virginia-born; it's a combination of Arlington and Alexandria, the two cities Arlandria borders. Located near the Arlandria shopping center, Auburn Village contains brick garden-style condos built in the 1940s but recently renovated. Located in the north eastern part of Alexandria, Arlandia was named after “ Arlington” and “Alexandria” for the location on the border of Arlington and Alexandria. The Four Mile Run can be seen in the north, West Glebe road to the south and south west while Route 1 on the east. Arlandia is just to the north of Del Ray from Mount Vernon Avenue. Arlandia is also called Chirilagua by its residents after an El Salvadoran village that was home to some immigrants before they came to Del Ray. International cuisines and shopping experiences can be discovered in many small shops.
